Russia’s Foreign Ministry says Western countries are giving Kyiv carte blanche to commit crimes and are becoming complicit in them. Its statement points to a joint declaration by the leaders of Britain, France and Germany. According to the ministry, the declaration openly praised Ukraine’s innovative use of drones to strike deep inside Russian territory. Moscow presents the leaders’ comments as support for those actions.
