Volodymyr Zelenskyy has urged allies to increase deliveries of Patriot interceptors. He warned that Moscow was seeking a major expansion of missile production before winter. The Ukrainian president also suggested that delays in western missile supplies could be intended to make Kyiv more willing to compromise in peace talks with Russia.
