Vladimir Tkachuk, the chief executive of Uraldronzavod, was seriously hurt in Yekaterinburg after his Mercedes exploded. The incident was reported by the Russian business newspaper Kommersant and state news agency TASS. Tkachuk is also identified as the creator of the Telegram channel Povernutye na voine, translated as “Obsessed with the war.” The report describes him as a Russian drone developer.
