WorldEU stops granting temporary protection to newly arrived Ukrainian men of military age without service exemptions
The European Union has halted temporary protection for newly arrived Ukrainian men of military age who do not have an exemption from military service. The EU Council published the decision on August 4. It entered into force the next day, changing the conditions under which these men can receive protection.
