Serbia plans to make part of its only NIS oil refinery available to other domestic oil companies in August. Energy Minister Dubravka Djedovic Handanovic said the measure is intended to secure fuel supplies amid high demand. Record-low water levels on the Danube River are also affecting supply conditions. The move would allow other local firms to use part of the refinery’s capacity.
