The death toll from a Ukrainian strike on an industrial facility in Russia’s Kursk Region has risen to four, Governor Alexander Khinshtein said. The attack also injured a 56-year-old man. He was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, acoustic trauma and multiple shrapnel wounds. Khinshtein provided the injury details while reporting the updated toll.
