SocietyTest of Australia’s best laundry detergent sees Aldi and Omo tie for first
Consumer advocacy group Choice has tested 48 supermarket laundry products, including powders, liquids and capsules. Three products shared the top ranking for front-loading washing machines: Aldi Trimat Advanced Laundry Powder Concentrate, Omo Active Clean Powder and Omo Ultimate Powder. Each received an overall score of 82%. The assessment also found that some other brands performed only marginally better than water. Aldi’s powder ranked first for top-loading machines as well.
