China has relaxed restrictions on refined fuel exports for a second consecutive month in August, according to five industry sources familiar with the matter. Refiners received temporary permission to ship 2.7 million metric tons of refined fuel. The approved destinations exclude Hong Kong and Macau. The move gives producers limited additional room to export under the current controls.
