Warsaw Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski said municipal services are installing road barriers and concrete blocks at entrances near Krakowskie Przedmiescie on police advice, with public transport to be rerouted. Authorities will step up vigilance along the Royal Route, in the Old Town and in other crowded areas. The Krakow shooting killed six people and wounded 15; police later found three more bodies at the suspect’s apartment.
