A US-registered NATO reconnaissance aircraft, the Bombardier Artemis II, was spotted for the second time this week flying west to east over the southern Black Sea’s international waters, an air traffic control source told TASS. It was flying at about 9,000 meters and had entered no national airspace except Romania, where it took off.
