WorldEU launches information-sharing mechanism over false aircraft bomb threats
The European Commission has activated an information-sharing mechanism among EU member states to support investigations into false aircraft bomb threats. Spokesperson Anna-Kaisa Itkonen declined to comment on who may be behind the incidents and said member states bear primary responsibility for investigating them.
