A US-registered NATO reconnaissance aircraft circled Russia’s Kaliningrad Region for more than three hours, passing through Polish and Lithuanian airspace and over the Baltic Sea’s neutral waters, an air traffic control source said. It was the third time the aircraft had been spotted near the exclave this week, after similar flights on Monday and Wednesday.
