Ukraine has approved rules for medical evacuation flights, which are expected to become operational by the end of 2026. The State Emergency Service will provide aircraft, helicopters and crews to transport patients, medical staff, donor organs and equipment, and take patients abroad for treatment. The prime minister said air travel could sharply cut journey times.
