Damage to energy, logistics and production infrastructure, along with the continuing seaport blockade, will subtract 1.9 percentage points from Ukraine’s GDP, the National Bank of Ukraine said. It cut its forecast from 1.8% growth to a 0.4% contraction this year and raised its year-end inflation estimate from 10% to 12.5%. Mining and metallurgy suffered the heaviest losses.
