EconomyFox completes $22 billion acquisition of Roku

Fox and Roku announced that Fox has closed its $22 billion acquisition of the streaming platform, which reaches more than 100 million US households. The deal is expected to bring Fox sports, news and local station content to Roku. Roku founder Anthony Wood said the platform would remain open to every content partner.
