EconomyTurkStream operator sues Gasunie subsidiary and Ukraine’s Naftogaz in Russian court

South Stream Transport B.V., operator of the TurkStream offshore gas pipeline, sued Dutch grid operator Gasunie Transport Services and Ukraine’s Naftogaz in the Moscow Region Arbitration Court on November 5. The case concerns procedures for meeting obligations and seeks a declaration that no payment is due. Gazprom is named as a third party; a hearing is set for December 1.
