Mikhail Maksimovich, deputy director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, said international terrorist organizations use online platforms to identify targets, recruit members and indoctrinate them. At an SCO security dialogue, he said they use AI-generated posts in national languages to target ethnic groups and circulate instructions on weapons and explosives.
