Heilongjiang has contracted to send more than 20 billion kWh of electricity to other regions this year for the first time, including 13.711 billion kWh of clean power, State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power said. By Nov. 1, supply covered 20 provincial-level regions across six major areas of China.
