Russian President Vladimir Putin met Iran’s security chief Mohsen Rezaei in Moscow to discuss regional security. Rezaei said he delivered a letter from Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and that they discussed post-war security arrangements and energy cooperation. He said Tehran would not negotiate with Washington or reopen the Strait of Hormuz until the US meets Iran’s seven demands.
