Hong Kong law firm Woo Kwan Lee & Lo is reportedly moving to Causeway Bay after more than five decades at Jardine House in Central, reserving about 39,000 square feet at Hysan Development’s Lee Garden Eight. Market sources identified the firm as the complex’s incoming tenant; it is expected to occupy an entire low-to-middle floor.
