The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate for November 6 at 81.7947 rubles, 12.48 kopecks higher than the previous rate. The euro rate rose 55.71 kopecks to 92.1581 rubles, while the yuan was set at 12.257 rubles, up 7.54 kopecks.
