After the student-backed list won Serbia’s parliamentary election by a landslide, prosecutors moved ahead with long-stalled cases and opened investigations into suspected election manipulation, corruption and abuse of office. Prosecutor Bojana Savovic said the sudden pace could be an effort to ingratiate prosecutors with the incoming authorities.
