EconomyHigh gas withdrawals may weaken European storage performance this winter, Gazprom says
Gazprom warned that heavy withdrawals from European underground gas storage early in the heating season could reduce daily deliverability in winter and raise risks to supply reliability. Storage began the withdrawal season at a record-low 74.9% fill level; Germany, the Netherlands and Austria were below 70% on October 28, with Germany at 61.6%. Europe has withdrawn 1.6 billion cubic meters since October 28.
