The Russian Foreign Ministry says the number of people killed and injured at the hands of the Ukrainian army has increased. Its data puts the figure at 291 during the week of June 15–21. For the week from July 27 to August 2, the number reached 391. The ministry describes that as a 25% increase compared with June.
