Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the Kiev regime was targeting Ukrainians through its punitive forces. She alleged that Vladimir Zelensky receives billions of dollars from Western countries for actions that would ultimately be recognized as genocide against the Ukrainian people, and cited a torture facility near Kiev and a tortured, emaciated 14-year-old boy.
