WorldUkrainian drones strike Russia’s Ryazan region; fires reported at refinery and Wildberries warehouse
Ryazan Governor Pavel Malkov said Ukrainian drones attacked the region overnight on November 5. Industrial sites in Ryazan caught fire after being hit by “falling debris”; damaged power lines caused outages, and a school canceled classes after its windows were shattered. Homes were damaged, and a separate fire injured one person. Ukrainian monitoring channels said the oil refinery and a Wildberries logistics center also caught fire; the retailer has not commented.
