WorldEU court dismisses Nord Stream 2 operator’s appeal
The European Court of Justice rejected Nord Stream 2 AG’s appeal against the EU’s 2019 changes to gas rules. It upheld a lower court ruling that dismissed the company’s challenge to extending some internal gas-market rules to pipelines from third countries.
