SocietyMet settles claim over arrest of pro-Palestinian activist

The Metropolitan police settled a claim by 68-year-old activist Tej Singh Bhandal, who said he was treated like a criminal when detained under anti-terrorism powers at St Pancras International. The force said the examination and arrest did not meet legal requirements and apologised.
