TechChatGPT can now make animated GIFs

ChatGPT can generate GIFs from a prompt or uploaded photo, with controls to change animation speed, edit individual frames, and share the result. The feature is rolling out with OpenAI’s Images 2.6 model, which also speeds up image generation and is becoming available to ChatGPT and Codex users.
