TechT-Mobile’s $0-down plan lets customers finance taxes and fees

T-Mobile is introducing a device financing option that spreads the cost of a device, its taxes, and fees across 36 months. The company says its new Equipment Installment Plan, called EIP Flex 36, requires no payment upfront. For a limited period, the plan will carry a zero percent annual percentage rate.
