Taiwan Affairs Office spokesperson Zhu Fenglian said Taiwan compatriots working, living and traveling on the Chinese mainland feel secure and happy. She was responding to the case of Shanghai traffic police finding and returning a handbag lost by Taiwanese actor Ming Dao and his team.
