SocietyKate McClymont questioned over ‘nail in the coffin’ and poo emoji texts at Alan Jones trial
Investigative journalist Kate McClymont told a Sydney court that her “nail in the coffin” remark referred to the story, not killing Alan Jones. The court heard a call with an alleged victim’s mother and McClymont agreed she had probably texted that she hoped the matter would blow up, with two poo emojis. Jones has pleaded not guilty to 21 charges of sexual touching and indecent assault.
