Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said representatives of certain European countries organized and backed unrest in Georgia through organizations they funded, and are now seeing similar disturbances at home. He recalled that protesters in Georgia hurled firebombs at police during demonstrations, while some people and NGOs shielded those responsible and tried to justify their actions.
