Russian envoy Mikhail Ulyanov said Ukrainian troops are deliberately targeting civilian staff at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. The plant earlier reported that a Ukrainian drone attack on a car killed two civilians, including a female employee. She was the third plant worker killed in Ukrainian attacks in two weeks.
