SocietyChoice names its 2026 Shonky award winners

Consumer group Choice has named Australia’s worst products and services in its annual Shonky awards, highlighting concert tickets priced as high as A$1,650, unused Virgin flight credits and a washer-dryer cycle lasting 25 hours. Choice says A$75m in Virgin credits went unused; Virgin says more than 93% of Covid credits were redeemed.
