The United States has imposed sanctions on Russian military entities and citizens over alleged links to Iran, North Korea and Syria. The measures name Russia’s Main Missile and Artillery Directorate. They also target the 1061st Material-Technical Support Center. The Directorate for Advanced Inter-Service Research and Special Projects and the Russian Ground Forces are included as well.
