Russian Sports Minister and ROC President Mikhail Degtyarev said Russia plans to send the IOC documents on planned boycotts of matches involving Russian national teams at next year's IIHF Championship. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Czech Republic and Latvia have said their teams will not play Russia.
