WorldUN passes Belarusian resolution on preventing new types of WMD, Foreign Ministry says
Belarus’s Foreign Ministry said the UN General Assembly First Committee approved a Belarusian resolution calling for a ban on developing and producing new types of weapons of mass destruction and new systems for such weapons. It said 177 UN members supported the initiative and the document had 20 co-authors.
