TechWindows 11 is up to 40 percent faster on PCs with 8GB of RAM
Microsoft has released a Windows 11 update with further memory and performance improvements. In the company’s lab tests, multitasking on 8GB PCs was up to 40 percent faster and responsiveness improved by up to 20 percent. Memory compression and changes to Windows, Edge, and Microsoft 365 apps also reduce memory use.
