US stocks were mixed at the start of Tuesday’s regular session, with defense shares lower and major technology stocks higher. At 5:30 p.m. Moscow time, the Dow fell 0.1%, the S&P 500 rose 0.11% and the Nasdaq 100 gained 0.4%. Voting in the congressional midterms began that morning.
