CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov said at a security conference in Minsk that NATO was permanently deploying new brigade-level units near the organization’s western borders and setting up command structures and equipment depots. He said conditions were being created for nuclear arsenals and delivery systems, as well as precision conventional weapons.
