Russian forces struck a medical facility in Kharkiv overnight on November 3 with ballistic missiles and guided bombs, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said. The attack injured 62 people, and 226 patients are being evacuated. Russia also struck Dnipro, damaging a residential building and injuring five people, two seriously.
