U.S. presidential envoy Steve Witkoff said Russia, Ukraine and the United States will hold trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11. He said American negotiators will also meet representatives of France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the EU and NATO in Brussels this week to discuss Ukraine’s security guarantees, Europe’s postwar security structure and economic support for Ukraine’s reconstruction.
