SocietyPeacock’s mirror fixation sparks effort to reunite it with owner after Brisbane home intrusion

Geoff and Delwyn Ballantyne returned to their Alexandra Hills home to find a peacock admiring itself in their bathroom mirror. After rescuers released it in nearby bushland, the bird began visiting Suzie Tafolo’s property. She used a full-length mirror to draw it in and confirmed it was Hex, the missing peacock owned by local tattoo artist Elliot Ross; they hope to reunite them soon.
