St. Petersburg has lowered its one-time city payment for people signing contracts with Russia’s Defense Ministry to 400,000 rubles, Fontanka reports. It is the second cut in a month. The city website says the payment remains 3.5 million rubles for contracts with drone forces, while hotline staff quoted 800,000 rubles.
