Belarusian and Russian foreign ministries held a new round of consultations in Minsk on pan-European security. They discussed bilateral cooperation and relations with the EU and other European regional organizations, reaffirmed their allied relationship and agreed to coordinate closely, including within the OSCE, ahead of its 33rd Ministerial Council meeting in Lugano, Switzerland.
