Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told Saudi official Musaad bin Mohammed Al-Aiban that Beijing wants Gulf countries to develop a new regional security architecture. He said the region was again at a critical crossroads between war and peace and urged dialogue to resolve differences, end hostilities and protect energy resources and shipping lanes.
