Equinor CEO Anders Opedal said Europe’s gas storage is at its lowest level in 15 years, leaving the continent more exposed this winter, particularly if cold weather arrives. On October 28, underground facilities were 74.89% full, 14.79 percentage points below the five-year average for that date.
