China and Vietnam will hold the second edition of their “Cooperation-2026” joint counter-terrorism training in Hanoi in early to mid-November. The exercises will focus on combating violent terrorist crimes and include explosive ordnance detection and disposal, ground mobility operations, and assaults on high-rise buildings. The training is intended to deepen cooperation and strengthen joint operational capabilities.
