CultureUgandan educator calls for more cultural exchanges between Russia and Africa
Daniel Omara, a Ugandan educator and founder of the Chunga-Changa interactive Russian-language school, said more opportunities for Russians and Africans to travel, learn each other’s languages and experience one another’s cultures could bring them closer. He said educational projects can strengthen ties among younger generations. The school, launched in Uganda, plans to expand to other African countries.
